West Ham: Fans react to Steven Nzonzi transfer link

West Ham United manager David Moyes wants to bring midfielder Steven Nzonzi back to the Premier League this month, that is according to a report from The Sun.

The Frenchman is currently plying his trade in Turkey with Galatasaray, but parent club AS Roma are believed to be willing to allow him to leave on loan again this month.

The 31-year-old does have plenty of Premier League experienced having racked up a combined 195 appearances for Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City in the past. More recently he has played his football across Europe, representing Sevilla, Roma and Galatasaray in the last few years (Transfermarkt).

He has also gone on to become a French international, representing his country on 14 occasions including five times as they won the FIFA World Cup in 2018 (Transfermarkt).

However, despite this, it seems that the West Ham fans are divided over the potential arrival of Nzonzi. Some feel that it would be a good signing, whilst others aren’t as keen and believe that he is too old. Here is what some had to say on Twitter…
