West Ham make last-ditch loan bid to seal ambitious playmaker coup

West Ham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are concerned as they are set to bring in one of Slaven Bilic’s top targets in on loan, rather than a permanent deal.

According to Sky Sports, the Hammers are in deep talks with Besiktas to sign Gokhan Tore on season-long loan, despite already having a loan deal rejected.

Bilic knows the winger very well and is reportedly looking to initially bring him in on loan, with a clause which would allow them to bring him in permanently at the end of next season.

The 24-year old has previous in England, emerging as a youngster at Chelsea and the Turkish giants are thought to be aiming to get around £12m for the wide man.

He has played 26 times for Turkey, while last season he registered 24 league appearances and managed to score four goals amid the club’s title tilt.

West Ham fans. Would you be happy if a loan deal is agreed with Besiktas? Let us know your thoughts below.
