West Ham: Supporters want to see Nathan Holland in the first-team following U-23 brace

Every club always has that one prospect in the academy that is just waiting for their chance in the first-team, and for West Ham, that prospect is Nathan Holland.

The 21-year-old attacker has been on fire this season for West Ham’s U-23 side, with stats from Transfermarkt showing that Holland has been one of the most productive players in Premier League 2, with the former Derby County academy player scoring eight and assisting four in 10 youth appearances this term.
And after Holland bagged a brace against Swansea City over the weekend as mentioned in the tweet above, supporters on social media were eager to see Manuel Pellegrini finally promote the youngster up into the first-team after the senior squad lost 3-2 to Newcastle United (per BBC Sport).
Has Felipe Anderson been a disappointment this season?
Yes

No

Here’s what some West Ham supporters had to say about Holland’s performance on Twitter, with some fans pleading with Pellegrini to give the 21-year-old attacker a chance in the first-team…
What does it take for Holland to get a start!?

Crazy that Holland doesn’t even make the 1st team bench
— Mark Wise (@MarkWis50905813) November 3, 2019
Ridiculous now, more then ready for the first team so get him involved

I honestly think he would be better to have on the bench than fornals. He may not be of the same quality yet but at least he would put some effort in and if he isn’t he will never get an opportunity to prove himself.

If Holland can’t get in the team now I’m not sure he ever will
