West Ham United: Fans react to news reporting how David Moyes is helping in his area

Many West Ham fans are reacting after it has been reported that whilst football is postponed due to recent events, manager David Moyes has returned to Lancashire and is helping out his community by delivering fruit and vegetables to those who need it.
According to the BBC he has been volunteering as a delivery driver after seeing an advert in his local grocer, whilst he has the time, via BBC Sport.
The manager has had a tough return since rejoining the Hammers this campaign after Manuel Pellegrini’s sacking, per BBC Sport, and he has a hard job in trying to keep the east London outfit in the Premier League.
They currently sit 16th in England’s top flight, and only two points away from Aston Villa in 19th place who have a game in hand, via BBC Sport. The squad were starting to improve under the Scotsman prior to the suspension of football, narrowly losing to both Liverpool and Arsenal but managing to get a crucial 3-1 victory over Southampton.
Plenty of fans reacted to Moyes’ act of kindness and whilst some acknowledged it, others decided to poke fun at him a little. Here is what some had to say…
