Plenty of West Ham United supporters would be happy for the club to allow Andriy Yarmolenko to move on either in January or the summer.
Would you sell Andriy Yarmolenko?
The Ukranian joined the Hammers from Borussia Dortmund back in the summer of 2018 for £17.5m (talkSPORT) and made a decent start to life in east London with two goals and an assist in his first nine Premier League appearances (Transfermarkt).
However, a nasty Achilles injury ruled him out for the remainder of the 18/19 campaign which halted his progress at the London Stadium (Transfermarkt).
He has returned to action this season and once again started well with three goals and an assist in his first nine league appearances. But more recently he has struggled, he has been benched by Manuel Pellegrini for their last four games and has failed to register a goal involvement in his last six appearances (Transfermarkt).
It seems that on the back of his poor recent form, many Hammers fans would now be happy to let him leave the club. They feel that he doesn’t offer anything to the team and some would like to see him replaced with Hull City’s Jarrod Bowen, who was linked with a move by Ex West Ham Employee.
Here is what some had to say…
Yep as you say he scored a few but is a total liability defensively which we can’t have when our fullbacks are bang average too

100% I’d go for Bowen from Hull as his replacement

Totally agree. Diangana will fill that void when he’s back

Sell in a heartbeat then move heaven & earth for Bowen would do the same with Lanzini (Fornals is & will be better) then go for Eze. Means two more HG players with big potential who score & assist.
Should be money spare to put towards a FB or GK. Transfer kitty used for a ST

Yeah he’s got to go. We’ve got an abundance of slow wide men.
If we could shift him and buy Bowen from Hull with the funds that would be good business in my opinion. Would save heavily on wages too.

Been saying this for the last month . To light weight, can’t hold the ball and gives it away all the time
