West Ham United: Many fans are missing Lukasz Fabianski

Lukasz Fabianski is still out with the hip injury he sustained against AFC Bournemouth, but it doesn’t seem his absence has taken him out of the minds of many West Ham United fans.
Last season’s Hammer of the Year has already missed three matches, as per Transfermarkt, while he is expected to be out until January.
Can West Ham make the top six?
Yes

No

The Twitter account COYIrons have shown that they are missing the Poland international with a compilation video:

It seems as though the feeling is mutual among many Hammers, judging by the reply to the initial tweet, with some claiming his absence is the reason the team is on such a bad run, having failed to win any of their last five in all competitions.
Some of those fans have claimed it is because of how good Fabianski is, while others took the opportunity to take a dig at Roberto, his replacement between the sticks.
No matter the way of saying it, the general consensus is that many Hammers fans want Fabianski back in goal for their team as soon as possible.
A selection of Twitter reaction to the video, including posts from longing West Ham fans, can be seen below:

Look how low he is too the ground anticipating all the time! Something Roberto doesn’t do unfortunately, he stands far too upright hence taking an age to get down to either side!.yes he’s great when it’s fired straight at him but anything either side of him and low is not good

Hopefully he’ll be back ASAP. Any update on when?

He really is the main reason we have been so poor . He catches everything and Roberto punches . A real class act.
