West Ham United: Many fans are tired of hearing the same comments

West Ham United’s 1-1 draw against Sheffield United meant that they have now gone five games in all competitions without a win, as per Transfermarkt.
Has Felipe Anderson been a disappointment this season?
Yes

No

As reported on the club’s official channels, Declan Rice has come out to speak about the quality of the team and creativity they showed during the game, claiming that they have the squad to improve things:
“We’re creating enough, but we’re not scoring enough. In the Premier League you need to kill teams off and we haven’t been doing that of late. We’ve got it in us, we’ve got the squad and we’ve got the quality.”

However, many West Ham fans had no interest in listening to this line of discussion, as they felt that they have heard very similar comments too many times in the past, with very little being done to actually address the issues being faced.
To put into context how tired a lot of Hammers fans are of hearing these kinds of comments, there was a similar reaction to what Rice said prior to the game.
A selection of Twitter reaction to the comment, including posts from unimpressed West Ham fans, can be seen below:

Fans are getting tired of the same old “insert excuse here”. I thought we’d be doing much better than this.
