West Ham United should raid Premier League rivals as soon as possible – Agreed?

West Ham fans here in the Transfer Tavern grow in Animosity as things seem to be getting worse and worse for the Hammers. A recent run of results has left the London Stadium stunned as they continue to slump.

West Ham United, a team who many had high hopes for this season after the signings of Premier League big hitter Javier Hernandez and the tricky Marko Arnautovic. However, this isn’t becoming a reality as the London based side have really struggled of late as they find it difficult to string a run of results together after dropping to be only outside of the relegation zone on goal difference.

Having been poor last time out losing a whopping 3-0 in front of a packed home crowd against Brighton and Hove Albion it’s beginning to look as if the only way for improvement is to lose Bilic as fans begin to call for his head. After a rocky road so far this season, the end of the road edges ever closer for the Croatian as the tension has never been higher.

Things don’t get any easier for the Hammers as they look to keep their Football League Cup dreams alive with a trip to Wembley as they face London rivals Spurs in an all-important fixture for the gaffer. A Wembley exit could see chants of ‘getting sacked in the morning’ ring around the stadium as the inevitable is just waiting to happen.

For a Spurs side that have gone 11 games unbeaten in all competitions, it’s now starting to look a tall order for Bilic and his men as they look to achieve what would be a massive upset for the Hammers. However, with news outlets and fans eyeing up replacements already it looks as if this man is a ticking time bomb in the capital.

What really progresses these claims is the reports filtering in from Daily Express as they suggest that the first choice replacement is emerging as Huddersfield manager David Wagner. Currently sitting in 11th in the table the Terriers have thoroughly impressed under the German-born manager both in their rise to the Premier League and in their start made to the top flight after beating title contenders Manchester United 2-1 at home.

So Hammers fans, would you like to see Wagner take the reins?
