Our West Ham fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see what the summer brings in terms of new players joining the club.
The Hammers have not had the best season this year, for sure, but they will be in the Premier League next season and now the onus has to be on the owners and Slaven Bilic to make sure they get quality players in.
Who they manage to sign, of course, remains to be seen but according to The Mirror they are also thinking about players who could leave.
Indeed, it is thought that the men from the London Stadium are open to letting Andy Carroll go in the summer if the right kind of offer comes in.
The powerful striker really has endured a frustrating time at West Ham and has been hampered by injuries throughout his time there.
Indeed, he cannot be relied on to be available for most games and it now seems as though the Hammers are willing to let him go for a good enough fee.
