Everton’s Sandro Ramirez really is not enjoying his time in front of goal.
The 23-year-old is currently spending time out on loan at Real Sociedad, however, the return to Spain does not appear to have helped him find the shooting boots that originally brought him to the Premier League.
In the six months that he played at Everton, the £5.4million Ronald Koeman addition, per Transfermarkt, managed to net just once for the club which came in their Europa League campaign.
He has since gone on loan spells with Sevilla and Sociedad, however, he has still struggled to find form in front of goal.
In fact, he his last strike in League competition came during his time with Malaga, the club that he was at prior to joining the Goodison Park outfit.
For a striker, that stat is rather extraordinary and quite frankly rather alarming.
Sandro would have been looking to rectify it during his time back in Spain as he looks to get his career back on track.
His future at Everton is almost certainly over, with Marco Silva looking to find his own new striker, however, there will likely be doubts over his long-term plans.
With the 23-year-old finding it incredibly difficult to break his hoodoo in front of goal, the outlook does not appear to be shining brightly on the Koeman flop.
