Crystal Palace have been a mixed bag so far this season as they just can’t seem to grind out enough positive results under Roy Hodgon.
The Eagles will be desperate to ensure some consistency to try and push into the top half, but things just haven’t worked out for them so far. And, to make matters worse, it looks as if Crystal Palace’s star man is attracting interest, as according to The London News Online, Monaco sporting director Michael Emenalo watched Wilfried Zaha against Huddersfield last weekend.
Monaco could be set to make a January move for Wilfried Zaha, with the French club’s sporting director Michael Emenalo watching the Ivory Coast international on Saturday.
Any deal for the 25-year-old would be hugely costly, but Monaco do have money to spend after PSG signed Kylian Mbappe for a fee in excess of £120 million.
But, it remains to be seen as to whether the winger would be interested in making the move to France.
Palace will be hoping that they can fend off any advances from Monaco if they do end up making an approach for him in the future as he’s vital to the future of the club.
Indeed, Wilfried Zaha is arguably one of the most talented players in the whole of English football and a number of Premier League clubs have chase him in the past, so there could be a bidding war at some point.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
