Wolves are keen on signing Arsenal’s Emmanuel Frimpong and Francis Coquelin on six-month loan deals.
The two Arsenal youngsters have had limited opportunities in the first team this season and Arsene Wenger is likely to be in favour of providing the pair with more football.
Frimpong has already spoken out that he would like to explore the possibility of a loan deal in January and it seems that Wolves could move to please the 19-year-old.
“If it can be done, we’ll do it,” said Wolves boss Mick McCarthy on the potential deals.
If Frimpong and Coquelin can impress on loan then Arsenal will be keen on extending their respective deals with both players contracted until 2013.
