It is one of the worst kept secrets in football, that Arsenal and Bacary Sagna have been are enduring something of a contractual dispute.
The French full back wants to be rewarded for his years of loyal service to the Gunners with a lucrative final contract.
Sagna claims he has turned down offers of bigger money in the past from the likes of Real Madrid to stay with the North London club, and at 31-years-old needs a final big contract in return.
But the Gunners are hardly known for their desire to offer big money for anything – and the standoff looks to end with Sagna becoming the latest player to swap Arsenal for Manchester City.
But not if five-year-old Max from Norway has anything to do with it, after he took the time to write a letter in an effort to convince Sagna to stay.
If he still leaves after reading this, then he’s just heartless isn’t he!?
