Wolverhampton Wanderers have secured another ambitious addition to their side as they look to prepare for their Premier League campaign.
The Belgium international has joined on an initial season-long loan deal from Anderlecht, with a view to the move becoming permanent next summer.
Dendoncker featured for his country during this year’s World Cup, in which his country finished third.
The 23-year-old is a versatile player that can play either in midfield or defence and will be a welcomed addition to Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.
The highly-rated midfielder becomes the Molineux outfit’s sixth signing, following the likes of Rui Patricio and Joao Mouthino to arrive at the Premier League new-boys.
He could also make his debut for Wolves on Saturday evening when they open their campaign against Everton.
The arrival of Dendoncker will be extremely welcomed at Wolves and the club will be delighted to have.
The 23-year-old could be considered a coup for the club this summer as he is thought to have attracted plenty of interest from a number of sides.
With his versatility, he will give Nuno the added option of being able to cover a number of positions and will further help to give Wolves a chance of being competitive in the Premier League this season.
