Wolves could live to regret not signing this world class striker over the summer

Wolves got their Premier League campaign off to a decent enough start, drawing 2-2 with Everton thanks to a comeback and debut goal from Raul Jimenez.

Plenty of people expect the Molineux club to do well in the top flight, and with some of the talent in the squad, it is easy to see why those thoughts are in people’s heads.

However, there seems to have been a lack of signings in the goalscoring department, and with the contacts and money Wolves have, we feel they should have made a move for former Manchester United and Chelsea man, Radamel Falcao.

The Colombian ace, still valued at £10.2m by Transfermarkt, had an impressive World Cup on the whole this summer, and is the sort of big name signing that wouldn’t have surprised anyone had Wolves pulled it off in the summer.

Despite his failed spells in England previously, Falcao is clearly still a deadly striker when he is in the mood, and he showed in the summer he is still hungry to succeed and score goals.

Wolves are going to need a regular scorer, and while Jimenez got them off to a good start, signing someone in the mould of Falcao would have given them an even better chance of making a big splash this season.

Wolves fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
