Wolverhampton Wanderers managed to secure a huge victory against Chelsea last time out in the Premier League as they put in a quality performance at Molineux.
The Midlands club will set their sights on securing all three point against Newcastle United on Sunday, with the opportunity to move up the table to challenge for a European spot. And, to make things even better, it appears as if the club are eyeing a potential addition, as according to Sun Sport, Wolves are eyeing a move for Alex Pritchard.
Alex Pritchard is a £15 million target for Wolves in the January transfer window.
Indeed, the 25-year-old has been one of the standout performers for Huddersfield Town this season, and he put in a very impressive performance against Wolves not so long ago.
Wolves already have the likes of Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho spraying passes all over the pitch, but Pritchard’s passing and creativity would have more of a positive affect in the final third.
The Midlands club could do with bringing in an attack-minded midfielder, with Morgan Gibbs-White currently being the only player in that specific position. Although, with Gibbs-White impressing in the side at this moment in time, you struggle to see where Huddersfield Town’s star man would fit in.
Nevertheless, Pritchard has shown that he can handle the pressure of Premier League football this season and is bang in-form at this moment in time, so he could easily help Wolves’ push for a European spot.
