Many Wolverhampton Wanderers fans were left stunned by the update involving free agent Hulk.
Football Insider reported earlier in the week that the West Midlands outfit had been offered the Brazilian star, who was recently released by the Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG.
Will Wolves regret not signing Hulk?
But on Friday, the same publication revealed that Nuno Espirito Santo turned down the chance to bring the 34-year-old to Molineux due to his age and wage demands, having been paid an eye-watering salary of £450k-a-week (via Salary Sport).
With this in mind, supporters believe that Nuno is making a grave error and should reconsider, with their Mexican star sidelined for a considerable amount of time.
Fans not impressed with Hulk news

Mistake. Would of been perfect on 6 month deal.

Its a mistake to pass him up on short term. Proven goalscorer. No one at wolves to replace raúl.
