Wolverhampton Wanderers have been rather impressive in the Premier League this season, but they failed to secure any points against Liverpool on Friday night.
The Midlands club will be desperate to make the most of the January transfer window, with a number of areas requiring improvement at this moment in time.
Interestingly, it appears as if Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are eyeing a possible addition, as according to the Sunday People (23/12; page 50) (via HITC), Wolves are plotting a bid for Louie Sibley.
Wolves are closely monitoring Derby County’s Louie Sibley and are plotting a substantial bid for the 17-year-old.
Indeed, the youngster is one of the hottest prospects at Pride Park, so it comes as no surprise that the Midlands club are looking to bring him to Molineux.
And, it appears as if the Premier League side sent scouts to watch the attacker in Derby’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United this week.
Louie Sibley has plenty of potential and could easily become a future star in the Premier League if he continues to develop, which is why Wolves are already plotting a substantial bid.
Morgan Gibbs-White has been sensational in the Premier League this season, so there is the opportunity for Sibley to break into the first-team ranks if he manages to impress.
