Although, the Midlands club failed to secure the services of a striker during the January transfer window, so things could soon turn sour if Raul Jimenez suffers an injury.
However, it appears as one of the Premier League club’s summer signings attracted interest on Deadline Day last month, as according to the Northern Echo, Middlesbrough enquired about Adama Traore.
Middlesbrough enquired about summer signing Adama Traore on transfer Deadline Day.
But, Wolves weren’t keen to let Traore go so early in his Molineux career.

Adama Traore, who is valued at £16.2 million (by Transfermarkt), has displayed moments of brilliance in the current campaign, but he just hasn’t been able to sort his feet out in front of goal.
But, the Midlands club were never going to let him go back in January as he will still have a big part to play this season, with his pace and power constantly causing defenders problems.
