Wolves should make a shock summer move for this £10.2m-rated former Premier League flop

Wolves will be looking to make some massive moves this summer as they seek to make the club a Premier League force to be reckoned with for years to come.

Nuno Santo’s men romped to Championship success last season and there will be pressure on the big spending Molineux club to ensure they aren’t just a one season pony.

Our Wolves fans here in the Tavern are in a confident mood, with many thinking a top ten spot is not something out of the question. Indeed, with a whole host of signings expected, they have every right to be optimistic about where the club can go from here.

Our landlord has been eyeing up a few players in the World Cup as potential signings, and one player he thinks would be a huge coup for Wolves is former Man United and Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao.

The Colombian ace, still valued at £10.2m by Transfermarkt, had an impressive tournament on the whole, and is the sort of big name signing you can see Wolves making this summer.

Despite his failed spells in England previously, Falcao is clearly still a deadly striker when he is in the mood, and his arrival at Wolves would give the entire club a lift.

One of the most lethal finishers the game has seen in the last decade, Falcao could well help Wolves cement their top flight status by firing in the goals to make their first season back in the big time a success.

Wolves fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
