Wolverhampton Wanderers fans were discussing the reports which has linked Raul Jimenez with a move to Real Madrid.
According to Don Balon (via AS), the Spanish giants are interested in making a move for the Mexico international. The Spanish publication is claiming that Zinedine Zidane believes the striker would be the perfect fit for the Real system to complement Karim Benzema.
The £45m-rated, as per Transfermarkt, forward has enjoyed a stellar season for Wolves this campaign, notching up 13 Premier League goals, a figure that makes him the joint-sixth highest goalscorer in the division (via BBC). Jimenez would rank second for the number of shots averaged per league game when compared to Zidane’s men, as per WhoScored. He’s been so good, ESPN pundit Craig Burley tipped the ace to be in Mikel Arteta’s thoughts to replace Alexandre Lacazette at North London giants Arsenal. Supporters took to Twitter to talk about the links to the La Liga outfit.
