Some Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have been lauding their former man Robbie Dennison after throwback footage of him was posted by the Midlands club's official Twitter page.

In the tweet, the 57-year old can be seen parading down the wing before shifting the ball past the defender and onto his left foot and then unleashing a superb curling effort into the top corner, before going off to celebrate with the supporters and his teammates.

Dennison joined Wolves from West Bromwich Albion back in 1987, and would go on to play in the Old Gold for over a decade before moving to Hednesford Town on a free transfer, according to Transfermarkt. As per the website, the Northern Irishman also played for Glenavon in his home country before transferring to West Brom in 1985, and retired at Hereford United.
