Wolverhampton Wanderers: Fans profess love for club chairman after message

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans were showing love to the club’s chairman after he sent out a message amid recent events.
In a post on the website, Jeff Shi lauded all the staff and players that travelled to Greece last week to take on Olympiacos in the Europa League last-16 tie. He then went on to assure the supporters that the Midlands outfit were taking all the necessary measures to protect people at Molineux Stadium from the virus.
One fan called the message ‘important’.
Love ya Jeff. Important words. 🐺

Due to the effects of the sickness, the Premier League have postponed all football until the beginning of April. Meanwhile, UEFA has called off games in their two club competitions until further notice. This all means Wolves must wait to continue their stunning season which sees them sitting five points off the top-four and 90 minutes away from the quarter-finals of the Europa League. Supporters were full of love for the figure as they took to Twitter to react. Here are some tweets:
It is our honour to have you as our Chairman & call your family our own.
You’re a Wolf now.
