Wolverhampton Wanderers: Fans react as Bright Enobakhare leaves the club

Many Wolverhampton Wanderers fans are reacting to an update from Tim Spiers as he revealed, via the Midlands club’s official website, that Bright Enobakhare has left by mutual consent.
The 22-year old came through Wolves’ academy and the club thanked him for his contribution and dedication, wishing him well for the future.
Spiers gathers that both Nuno Espirito Santo and Jeff Shi came to a joint decision on Enobakhare, with The Athletic journalist claiming that he could potentially be a great signing for the right Championship or League One team.
Indeed, the Nigerian has found his time on the pitch limited to just three appearances in all competitions this season having been on loan at Wigan Athletic, according to Transfermarkt.
Enobakhare will be looking for more regular first-team football for the next campaign in order for him to continue his development, but it will not be with WWFC.
Would you have let Enobakhare go?
Yes

No

These supporters reacted to the news:
Nuno and Jeff Shi came to a joint decision on this, I gather.
Ridiculously talented and a maverick on and off the pitch. Could have gone another way for him, but not consistent enough. Potentially a great signing for the right Champ/L1 club.

Not unexpected. Never quite got the finishing pass or shot did he. Good luck.

Bright will still make a decent player for somebody bags for potential and always gives his all #wwfc

Save this tweet for Gibbs-White in 2 years. Such talent in them and yet no real product. Shame

Will never forgive him for that 1 on 1 miss at city in the cup a couple of years ago

Shame he never made it at Wolves, undoubted potential but didn’t quite make it. Still young enough to make a good career elsewhere. Good luck to him.

Overall he’s impressed me more than Gibbs-White. At least he had a bit of strength and pace. Neither anywhere near good enough on the pitch though, or off it too it would seem.

That’s a shame, what a talented lad

Clear from comments here and elsewhere that the fans were split on him, pretty much 50:50. Personally felt he had everything to make it here, but never seems to have got the confidence or concentration in balance. He’ll knock us out of a cup in the future though, you just know it
