Wolves striker Raul Jimenez has now scored five goals in their Europa League qualifying campaign after finding the net in last night’s 3-2 win away to Torino in the play-off round first leg.
With the away side 2-1 up in the 72nd minute, Jimenez ran roughly 25 yards through the Torino defence before dispatching the ball beyond Salvatore Sirigu [via BBC]. After the match, a clip of the goal was posted by the club’s Twitter channel @Wolves.

The 28-year-old was the team’s top scorer with 17 goals from 44 appearances last season (0.39 per game) and is on course to surpass that tally in the current campaign given his recent form.
He already has five goals to his name in just seven matches this season (0.71 per game), all of those coming in their European campaign.
Jimenez maintained his record in scoring of all of Wolves’ away matches in the Europa League qualifiers, having netted two goals each in the victories at Crusaders and FC Pyunik in the previous rounds.
