Wolves: Fans name-check Romain Saiss in discussion about most improved player this season

Several Wolves fans have named defender Romain Saiss as the club’s most improved player this season after Adama Traore.
Supporters have been discussing the topic after it was raised by @WolvesFC_latest, with many suggesting that Saiss’ improvement in the current campaign deserves a mention. And looking at some of his statistics, that is probably fair.
For example, according to WhoScored, he is averaging 1.5 interceptions, 1.3 fouls and 3.5 clearances per game in the Premier League this term. That is marginally better than his averages of 1.4 interceptions, 1.4 fouls and 3.1 clearances per game from last season.
In that regard, there has quite clearly been some improvement. It is now up to the 29-year-old to maintain the current level he is playing at as Nuno Espirito Santo’s men look to secure European football once again.
Wolves welcome high-flying Leicester City next when they return from their winter break.
