Loads of Wolves fans have been reacting to some transfer news, as The Daily Mail claim they have identified Newcastle United’s Allan Saint-Maximin as a potential replacement for Adama Traore.
According to the report, the Molineux outfit are bracing themselves for a bidding war for Traore this summer. Indeed, the wing wizard has shot to stardom this campaign with five goals and seven assists, finally adding the end product to match his obvious talent with the ball and unstoppable athleticism. The Daily Mail claim both Real Madrid and Barcelona are eyeing the £70m-rated winger, leading the club to eye up replacements should they choose to cash in.
Of course, Saint-Maximin is of a similar mould to Traore, a young player with excellent quickness and flair but currently lacking the results in the final third. The 22 year-old averages 4.6 dribbles per game in the Premier League, not far behind Traore’s 5.2, but has only scored once. If Nuno Espirito Santo can work his magic on the Frenchman like he has done with Traore we could see a similar improvement however, and plenty of fans are saying the same thing – they’d rather not lose Traore, but Newcastle’s £16.5m man wouldn’t be a bad successor…
I’d take him. But I’d rather us kept adama

100m for traore, and 30m for him, 70m profit for having a player with same abilities and nurturing potential. I’d prefer em both tho… Imagine the defences trying to cope 🤣🤣

I could live with that. Great player and make a mint of profit in return

He has all the tools. All he needs is a decent coach.

I’d have them both

I said this to a Wolves fan just before he got injured before Xmas.
He looks very similar to how Traore looked at this point last season. Traore has come on in leaps and bounds over the last twelve months.

Been saying he’d be like traore just needs a good team and a good coach
