Wolves: Many fans not happy despite qualification to last 32 of Europa League - Wolves

Lots of Wolves fans have voiced their discontent after their 3-3 draw in Braga tonight, despite now qualifying for the next round.

Raul Jiminez, Matt Doherty and Adama Traore were all able to get themselves on the scoresheet, however, the Portuguese managed to fight back to earn a point.

Luz Horta opened the scoring for Braga before three goals in the first half meant that the visitors had a two-goal buffer with just 45 minutes to go.

Despite this, it wasn’t enough to stop the home side getting back into the game, as Dias Fernandes pulled one back in the 64th minute.

The comeback was complete in the 79th as Rodrigues Barbosa managed to nod home from close range, taking Braga’s unbeaten run in the Europa League to 12 games, according to BBC.

Qualification wasn’t enough to satisfy the hunger of fans, who clearly wanted another European scalp on their European tour. Lots responded to the full-time tweet with their frustrations, especially about the defence.
