Aston Villa fans in the Transfer Tavern have been praising their manager, Steve Bruce, on being nominated for February’s manager of the month. Bruce guided the Midlands club to four wins out of six in in the Championship in February, including a derby win over Birmingham.
Congratulations to Steve Bruce who has been nominated for the @SkyBetChamp Manager of the Month award for February

Villa fans’ opinions on Bruce have been on the up as the ex-Birmingham manager has helped the club to 3rd in the Championship table, just four points behind Cardiff in the Championship’s automatic promotion places, with 11 games left to play in England’s second tier.
Despite the nomination, Villa fans seem to think it’ll be another manager other than their own who’ll pick up the award. Slavisa Jokanovic’s Fulham are one of the few sides to beat Bruce’s men this term and the Villains propping up our bar seem to think he’s the man who’ll end up taking home February’s manager of the month.

Good luck Steve, in the running again. I was one of the non believers when you arrived, my dad was the total opposite.
My Dad is right, why have I still not learned this?!! He's always right!
I vote actually Steve Cotterrill for the magnificent job he has done at Small Heath #UTV

Congrats Steve, although I don’t think he will be getting it this time.

Steve doesn’t want it, it’s a curse! Give it to Warnock

Bruce doing well… but Jokanovic at Fulham a shoe in.
Sure @richardosman would agree.
