Our resident United supporters in the Transfer Tavern are delighted with the thought of seeing Gareth Bale and Isco next season.

According to Don Balon, cited by the Daily Star, Manchester United are plotting a double swoop for Isco and Gareth Bale from Real Madrid. It is reported that Los Blancos are prepared to let the duo leave in the summer transfer window. Furthermore, it is said that Real Madrid needs to sell players before they can make further additions to Zidane’s team.

As you can imagine, though it’s not quite clear as to how the duo would fit in, the notion of having them both at Old Trafford has delighted our resident Red Devils.

Furthermore, Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane is viewed as a primary target for the Spanish giants, and seemingly Madrid are willing to sacrifice Bale and Isco in order to sanction a move for the Spurs forward.

Landlord’s Verdict:

Isco and Bale are both exceptionally talented, and while their presence would augment United’s attacking options, the Red Devils don’t need offensive reinforcements – especially after the signing of Alexis Sanchez.
