Chelsea fans here in the Tavern are unhappy with the way their side let a one goal lead slip at Old Trafford, as they now fall outside of the Champions League places.
The Blues are fearing for their European future after dropping out of the top-four, something that could see the London club go without Champions League football for the second time in three seasons. And, our local residents now have huge doubts for their second-leg encounter against Barcelona, as their inability to defend could prove costly at the Nou Camp.
However, Sunday’s game already raised a major talking point prior to kick-off, as the influential Cesc Fabregas was left out of the Blues’ starting line-up after Conte opted to gift Danny Drinkwater a start. Indeed, this was a decision that had many of our local residents fearing the worst before the game had even started, with Antonio Conte’s decision-making in the firing line once again for the Blues.
Nevertheless, after witnessing defeat in yesterday’s Super Sunday, Cesc Fabregas took to his personal Twitter account to offer some reassurance to fans, as he insists that the club will bounce back.

Following the player’s post, fans were quick to praise the efforts of the Spaniard so far this season, and hope to see him earning a permanent place in the starting line-up for the remainder of the season.
So without further ado, here’s a look at exactly the sort of reaction being given off by supporters on social media…
