# Queens Park Rangers: Fans praise Nahki Wells after Luton Town brace

**Queens Park Rangers supporters were singing the praises of striker Nahki Wells after his brace helped secure a 3-2 victory over [Luton Town](https://www.skysports.com/football/qpr-vs-luton/409429).**

The result saw the Hoops pick up from where they left off following the international break, with their success over the Hatters their [third in a row](https://www.skysports.com/queens-park-rangers-results) in the Championship.

[Eberechi Eze’s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grcCdKq5q7g) early thunderbolt opened the scoring, but it was Wells’ double – with the strikes coming within eight minutes of each other – that gathered plenty of kind words towards the Bermudan striker as the team held on for victory.

Fans were calling for the 29-year-old to make his loan move from [Burnley](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/nahki-wells/transfers/spieler/173483) permanent, as Wells was on the receiving end of praise from the home support for an impressive performance.

He is clearly a fan favourite judging by these responses – with supporters backing Wells to continue his good form after [doubling](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/queens-park-rangers/top-scorers) his goal tally for the season:
