# Rangers: Dion Sanderson would ‘be a great fit’ for Michael Beale

**[Glasgow Rangers](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/rangers-fc-news/) transfer target Dion Sanderson would ‘be a great fit’ for Michael Beale at Ibrox, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.**

### The Latest: O’Rourke’s comments

Speaking to [GiveMeSport](https://www.givemesport.com/88102654-rangers-dion-sanderson-signing-great-fit-for-michael-beale-at-ibrox), O’Rourke warned Rangers that they should expect a serious battle in the race for Sanderson’s services, but claimed that he would be the perfect profile of player for Beale’s squad at Ibrox.

The journalist said: “I think there’ll be a lot of competition for his signature if Wolves do decide to let him leave on a permanent basis.

“So, it won’t be easy for Rangers, but I think he’d be a great fit for Michael Beale and his long-term plans at Ibrox.”

### The Verdict: Perfect candidate

Beale will have no doubt already identified certain players that he wants to sign for Rangers, and if Sanderson is among them – as reports have suggested – he would appear to be the perfect candidate to put pen to paper at Ibrox.
