Glasgow Rangers’ preparations for the new campaign are now in full flow.

The Gers are back in training, and will soon be flying to France to take part in the Veolia Trophy, which will also include Celtic, Nice and Lyon. After that, they will be looking straight ahead to their first match of the season in the Scottish Premiership, when they travel to Pittodrie to face Aberdeen.

Their first home game was meant to be on August 8th, but their Europa League commitments mean that that match has had to be rescheduled, and they will now play against St. Mirren the following day.
