Glasgow Rangers: Fans hammer George Edmundson after own goal - Rangers News

Glasgow Rangers continued their unbeaten form this season on Sunday as they travelled to Fir Park to face Motherwell.

The Gers won 5-1, with James Tavernier and Cedric Itten both scoring braces and Jordan Jones bagging the other goal. The Ibrox outfit remain on top of the table as a result, although they will be passed by their fierce city rivals Celtic if the Bhoys do win their game in hand.

Who scored more goals for the Gers?

All in all, though, it was a fantastic performance from the 54-time Scottish champions, with the only blemish being the late own goal from George Edmundson. That prevented the Gers keeping a clean sheet, and it seems the club’s supporters were far from happy with the 23-year-old as a result.
