Glasgow Rangers fans were livid with the performance of Leon Balogun during their 2-1 defeat to Malmo in the Champions League third qualifying round on Tuesday.

At half-time in the second leg at Ibrox, Rangers looked to be in a commanding position. Alfredo Morelos' strike ensured the Gers went into the break 1-0 up and level at 2-2 on aggregate, while Bonke Innocent's red card meant the 55-time Scottish champions had a man advantage for the next 45 minutes.

However, Antonio Colak's quickfire brace after the interval gave Malmo the win on the night and overall.

Balogun could be blamed for both of the strikes and actually had a terrible time of it on the night. With the Gers' Champions League hopes now over, the fans were quick to criticise the Nigeria international.

They were clearly far from happy with that they saw from the centre-back, and they took to social media platform Twitter to share their thoughts.
