Rangers: Fans slam Scott Arfield
Glasgow Rangers may have made it 27 games in a row unbeaten thanks to a win against Dundee United, but the fans still weren’t overly pleased with the performance of Scott Arfield.
The Gers were not at their best at the Tangerines, but it is the sign of champions that they were able to pick up all three points. James Tavernier put them ahead before Liam Smith level things up. Fortunately, Connor Goldson was on hand to give the Ibrox outfit a 2-1 victory and all three points.
Arfield, though, struggled in the middle of the park. He spent much of the match on the periphery of the game, failing to make any kind of real impact on the match against a team that was content in sitting back and hitting Steven Gerrard’s side on the counter-attack.
