Florian Kamberi, the Switzerland-born striker who had a loan spell at Glasgow Rangers from Hibernian last season, now looks set to leave the Scottish Premiership.

Who scored more goals for the Gers?

According to Edinburgh News, the ‘Gers had proposed another season-long loan move for Kamberi for this term, with Greg Docherty going in the opposite direction, but the striker insisted that he wanted to leave Hibs permanently.

The 25-year-old only made nine appearances during his loan spell at Ibrox, one which was cut short by the premature end to the Scottish season amid the global pandemic. However, he still managed just a solitary goal in those nine games for Steven Gerrard’s side.
