# Rangers: Fans react to Cedric Itten’s loan exit

**Many Glasgow Rangers fans have been reacting to the news that Cedric Itten has [moved on loan](https://www.rangers.co.uk/Article/cedric-itten-joins-greuther-furth-on-loan/4S8dbzVycxTejfAOwTnVx0) to Bundesliga outfit Greuther Furth.**

The Gers’ business in terms of incomings for this window is probably complete. [John Lundstram](https://www.rangers.co.uk/Article/rangers-confirm-signing-of-john-lundstram/7dpM4YOEHHYiXie7rngwpF), [Fashion Sakala](https://www.rangers.co.uk/article/rangers-delighted-to-announce-signing-of-fashion-sakala/6XPJ0m6Q1wrmAF0hPIBBcW) and [Juninho Bacuna](https://www.rangers.co.uk/article/rangers-sign-midfielder-juninho-bacuna/dx2dSgsOMV5C4Q7OWINwm) have all made the move Ibrox over the past few months, and after the 55-time Scottish champions beat Celtic 1-0 in the Old Firm derby last weekend, it appears that they may be hitting their stride.

In terms of outgoings, though, it may be a busy day. Brandon Barker has already been told that he can leave the club, and £3.15m-valued Itten ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cedric-itten/marktwertverlauf/spieler/243856)) has now completed a temporary switch to Furth ([rangers.co.uk](https://www.rangers.co.uk/Article/cedric-itten-joins-greuther-furth-on-loan/4S8dbzVycxTejfAOwTnVx0)). With six goals in 42 appearances for Rangers ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cedric-itten/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/243856)), he has not fared too well so far at Ibrox, but Steven Gerrard will be hoping that the Swiss forward can prove himself in Germany.

The news was shared on Twitter by [Rangers’ official Twitter channel](https://twitter.com/RangersFC/status/1432705290034679818) and it attracted plenty of news from supporters. These fans took to the social media platform to share their thoughts.
