### Transfer Tavern Take

Considering just how important Kamara has been within Gers’ title-winning side this season, with the midfielder [missing just five league games](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/glen-kamara/leistungsdaten/spieler/242632) so far this term, as well as the fact that [Gerrard himself claimed](https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/6864206/rangers-glen-kamara-talks-contract/?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1616519569) he wants the club to tie down the [£4.05 million-rated](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/glen-kamara/marktwertverlauf/spieler/242632) 25-year-old – whom the 40-year-old has [dubbed](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11788/11645637/rangers-boss-steven-gerrard-praises-glen-kamara-as-a-class-act-ahead-of-hamilton) as “superb” – to a new deal as quickly as possible, Kamara’s latest remarks would appear to be very positive news for all involved with Rangers.
