# Rangers rocked as Warburton woes deepen darkly (not Barton)

**It’s not been a good few hours for the Rangers fans in the Transfer Tavern as the Joey Barton takes another predictably sour turn in what has been a difficult season in Ibrox.**

With the controversial 34-year-old looking set to leave the Gers after a hilariously short stint, the [Bristol Post](https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/martyn-waghorn-could-be-heading-for-rangers-exit-door-with-bristol-city-a-rumoured-destination/story-29878640-detail/story.html) suggests ANOTHER star could be heading for the exit door.

Citing rumours on social media, and also reported by [STV](https://stv.tv/sport/football/1372397-football-talk-waghorn-exit-dundee-united-s-one-legged-goal/), they [claim](https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/martyn-waghorn-could-be-heading-for-rangers-exit-door-with-bristol-city-a-rumoured-destination/story-29878640-detail/story.html) forward Martyn Waghorn is the latest star to have had a falling out with manager Mark Warburton.

The former Leicester City and Sunderland striker is [said](https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/martyn-waghorn-could-be-heading-for-rangers-exit-door-with-bristol-city-a-rumoured-destination/story-29878640-detail/story.html) to be pushing for a New Year exit himself as the early optimism around Ibrox suddenly evaporates.

Having played a huge role in the Scottish Championship last season, the 26-year-old has seen the likes of Joe Garner start ahead of him upon the Gers’ promotion to the top tier.

**Could Waghorn play at Premier League level? Let us know below…**
