# ‘Reminds me of Ali B’ – Man City fans praise star on Twitter after Everton draw

**It was a frustrating night for the Manchester City fans in the Transfer Tavern last night, who saw their side struggle to break down Everton.**

Though a point at home to the Toffees can be seen as a good result, it means Pep Guardiola’s men have already lost ground on Manchester United, much to the annoyance of our City-mad locals.

Still, there was one major bright point last night at the Etihad.

Summer signing Bernardo Silva hugely impressed when brought on late in the second-half, giving fans a taster of what’s to come from the big money arrival.

Indeed, the former Monaco man looks a real threat going forward, a joy to watch for our resident Sky Blues.

With that in mind, here’s a look at how Man City fans reacted on Twitter to Bernando Silva’s home debut.

> Gut feeling says Bernardo Silva starts the next game.

> Players rarely come in the complete package that Bernardo Silva offers. It's amazing how that man can hold up play, twist & turn.
