# Sarri is already walking into a potential Chelsea nightmare

**Chelsea fans will be hoping for a positive start under Maurizio Sarri with aims of securing a European place and pushing for the title. Although, they will need to keep an eye on a couple of their current players as they could look for a summer exit.**

The Blues won’t want a repeat of the last campaign as they failed to secure a place in the Champions League and looked rusty at times. However, times have changed with Maurizio Sarri now in charge, so the future is looking very bright for Chelsea.

Of course, the Italian will have his own ideas on the transfer front and will no doubt assess the current squad at his disposal. Although, he may not be able to stop some of the Blues’ current batch of stars leaving as he looks to bring in players that sit high on his transfer hit list.

Many aren’t too confident that they’ll hold onto a couple of stars, so Sarri will be fearful this Chelsea duo will leave Stamford Bridge soon…

The Belgian has been continuously [linked](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/6778082/chelsea-transfer-news-thibaut-courtois-real-madrid-2/) with a move away this summer as his future continues to be surrounded with doubt. And, with a number of European giants chasing his signature, Sarri will be extremely fearful that he may decide to leave.

Thibaut Courtois has established himself as one of the best shot-stoppers in the whole of world football, so the Blues would be gutted to see him go and could take a step backwards.

Indeed, Real Madrid’s interest may be too much for the goalkeeper as a move to Spain and Champions League football will be a very attractive proposition.

The exciting Brazilian impressed at the World Cup for Brazil, despite their relatively early exit out in Russia. Indeed, it’s fair to say Willian was at the forefront of all of the Brazilian brilliance, forming a wonderful attacking trio with Neymar and Gabriel Jesus.

Although, he has been receiving [interest](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/11434452/barcelona-table-second-willian-bid-believed-to-be-worth-up-to-53m) from the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona, so Sarri will be well aware of the risk of losing him this summer.

Willian has been one of the standout performers at Stamford Bridge in years gone by and has pleased many of our local residents. But, Aleksandr Golovin continues to edge closer towards a move to the English capital, so Willian may be pushed completely out of the side.
