‘Lucky to have you’ – Celtic fans on Twitter move to celebrate star after post

Celtic fans here in the Tavern are relieved, as their unbeaten streak almost came to an end after a close call at the weekend.

The Hoops are arguably in the best form of the club’s domestic history, after lengthening their current unbeaten record run to 68 games under the King of Celtic Park, Brendan Rodgers.

One player who’s become influential in the run that their side currently find themselves on is former Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair, the 28-year-old has scored 33 goals in 61 games domestically for the club, as he continues to become a crucial part of The Bhoys’ success.

In The Hoops disappointing 2-2 draw with Hibernian at the weekend, Sinclair managed to find the net twice on his way to single-handedly producing the goals to keep the streak alive. But in a game that Rodgers felt could have seen Celtic score 4 or 5, goal-scorer Scott Sinclair took to Twitter to show disappointment with the result, but showed the eagerness to improve.

Nevertheless, with Sinclair becoming a fan favourite at Celtic Park, here’s a look at what fans thought of Scott’s post-match thoughts.
