The Celtic fans in the Transfer Tavern are expecting a big win at Ibrox today.
Indeed, the Bhoys in our bar are absolutely buzzing right now ahead of the Hoops’ visit to Ibrox this afternoon and the punters crowded in here today are discussing Brendan Rodgers’ team selection.
James Forrest, in good form prior to today’s Old Firm, has been dropped in favour of Patrick Roberts as Rodgers looks to attack a fairly makeshift Rangers defence in the east end of Glasgow today.
Though the Scotland international has often frustrated the green and white cause, he had bagged four goals in two games before today and Roberts hasn’t really got off the ground since rejoining. Still, the Manchester City loanee is undoubtedly a top talent, so it’s not all that bad for Celtic…
With that in mind, here’s a look at how Celtic fans reacted on Twitter to the team news.
Forrest and Ncham must be scratching their heads. Paddy and Armstrong have been poor by comparison to last year https://t.co/FTIAuNO74H

Surprised Forrest isn't starting.

Very harsh on McGregor and Forrest not starting, cmon Celtic can't beat pumping them in their own back yard

Bit harsh on Forrest, but looks like our strongest team, slightly worried about Boyata's sharpness.

Forrest I thought had to start as he’s on fire and already on course to smash his season best goals tally and only September!
