Celtic have dropped off the pace recently under Brendan Rodgers as they appear to be crumbling under the pressure this season.
The Hoops would have been hoping to secure a third successive treble prior to the start of the current campaign, but things don’t look like turning out that way after recent results.
However, Celtic will welcome Aberdeen to Parkhead in their next Scottish Premiership encounter. The Dons haven’t lost in their last three matches in all competitions and are chasing down a European spot themselves, so the Hoops will be up against it once again today.
Indeed, the Glasgow side can be a real handful on their day and if one of their star players turns up then it could be curtains for the opposition.
With that in mind, Celtic will smash Aberdeen if this man shows up today…
Tom Rogic, who is valued at £2.48 million (by Transfermarkt), hasn’t been at his best this season with just two goals to his name in 12 appearances for the Hoops.
The Australian was one of the standout performers in Brendan Rodgers’ side last season and a huge reason behind the Hoops securing a second successive treble, so they’ll be hoping he can replicate that form in the near future.
Worryingly for Aberdeen, they could find themselves on the receiving end of a smashing if the attacking midfielder shows up later on today, with assists and goals coming naturally to him on his day.
