The Celtic fans here in the Transfer Tavern know there isn’t a huge amount that can improve their side domestically, though do take their top spot in the SPFL seriously and like to use it as a vantage point.
Indeed, the Bhoys in the bar are always scouting about for players on home soil they can discuss the notion of signing and developing their squad. So, the talk amongst them following last night’s Edinburgh Derby was particularly interesting.
With Hibernian midfielder Dylan McGeouch impressing as Neil Lennon’s beat Hearts at Easter Road, some of our punters clad in green and white have been discussing the idea of re-signing the midfielder. Having started his career at Parkhead as a youngster, the 24-year-old has found his feet with the Hibees and looks a real talent in central midfield.
While John McGinn gets most of the plaudits, McGeouch is certainly growing into his potential, impressing the Celtic fans in our bar, as well as those on social media
Having said that, here’s a look at how Celtic fans reacted to Dylan McGeouch’s performance last night..
If Dylan mcgeouch hadnt already played for us folk would want us to sign him based on his last 2 performances

From what I’ve seen over the last couple of games, big Efe and Dylan McGeouch are doing great for Hibs.

Outwith Celtic, no better midfielder in Scotland than Dylan McGeouch. Hibs’ main man whenever he’s fully fit. Scotland call can’t be far off
