Rangers will have their sights set on securing at least one piece of silverware in the current campaign, having enjoyed a reasonable amount of success under Steven Gerrard.
The Bluenoses have struggled to secure positive results at crucial times in the Scottish Premiership this season, which has provided Celtic with the opportunity to build a healthy lead at the top of the table.
So, March may decide Rangers’ silverware fate as they have a number of difficult fixtures coming up, including Kilmarnock, Hibernian and the Old Firm clash in the Scottish Premiership.
Nevertheless, the Bluenoses could find themselves on course for success if things work out perfectly, so here is the dream March for Rangers…
JERMAIN DEFOE AND ALFREDO MORELOS BECOME UNSTOPPABLE
Indeed, the only thing that can save Rangers’ title pursuit is plenty of goals at the pinnacle of the attack, as the Bluenoses have a number of difficult fixtures on the horizon.
Of course, the likes of Jermain Defoe and Alfredo Morelos will play a huge part from here on in until the end of the season, as the Englishman currently has five goals to his name in seven league games and the South American has produced an incredible 28 goals and 11 assists in 40 appearances.
Therefore, the Bluenoses could soon find themselves enjoying a perfect month if both men find their range.
STEVEN GERRARD HUNTS DOWN RIVALS
Of course, Steven Gerrard would love to get his hands on the Scottish Premiership title for many reasons, but one of the biggest things for the supporters and the club is to stop bitter rivals Celtic in their tracks.
Indeed, the Hoops have built a healthy lead at the top of the table but with the Old Firm clash coming up at the end of the month and a number of games before that, perhaps the Bluenoses will be able to hunt down Neil Lennon’s side if everything goes perfectly and they drop a number of points.Like what the TT have on offer?
