Rangers haven’t been able to ensure consistency in the Scottish Premiership this season as they’ve already dropped far too many points.
The Bluenoses currently find themselves chasing the leading pack in the race for the title after a mixed month, with bitter rivals Celtic also slipping up on a couple of occasions.
Indeed, Steven Gerrard’s side appear to be struggling with the busy schedule as they haven’t been able to build up ahead of steam just yet, but they have won their last two encounters in all competitions.
So, they’ll already be looking forward to the January transfer window, with a number of impressive additions being required in what will be a long, tiring Scottish Premiership campaign.
With that in mind, Rangers will win the league if these TWO stars join…
James Tavernier has already been linked with a move away in the January transfer window and was a target on deadline day back in the summer months, so he could be on his way out in the near future.
Therefore, moving for the experienced Alan Hutton could prove to be a great bit of business for the Bluenoses, with the Scotsman’s future currently up in the air after Steve Bruce’s departure at Villa Park.
The versatile defender may not be able to contribute as much in the final third, but he will certainly be able to ensure consistency and solidity at the back.
Dominic Solanke has struggled to break into the first team at Liverpool this season, with the Reds already having one of the most dangerous attacks in world football.
But, there’s no doubt that the Englishman can find the back of the net and has the potential to become a national hero if he puts in the hard work and enjoys regular minutes. So, the Bluenoses shouldn’t hesitate to bring him to Glasgow in January, as he has the ability to really excel in Scotland and can lighten Alfredo Morelos’ load.
