Rangers fans here in the Tavern are looking forward to the summer transfer window, as Steven Gerrard may look to bring in a number of players.
The Bluenoses will be desperate to improve on things next season as they struggled to produce any success. Indeed, Steven Gerrard will be looking to bring lots of silverware and success to Ibrox in the near future, with the summer transfer window setting him up nicely for next season.
However, Rangers may lose one of their most influential players in the summer transfer window, as it’s understood that Josh Windass is a transfer target for Cardiff City and Burnley.
Sadly, the 24-year-old may look to take his career elsewhere after producing an incredible season in the Scottish Premiership, as a move away may be too hard to turn down with English Premier League clubs knocking on the door.
With that in mind, if Windass leaves Rangers, Gerrard needs to sign this star to replace him…
Luciano Narsingh (valued at £4.5m by Transfermarkt) may look to move in the summer transfer window as his current club Swansea City will be playing their football in the Championship next season after being relegated from the Premier League.
The 27-year-old has 17 caps for the Dutch national side and is still in the peak years of his footballing career. Operating on either wing, Narsingh could be an ideal replacement for Josh Windass if he ends up departing in the summer transfer window.
So, perhaps Steven Gerrard should look to lure the winger to Ibrox in the summer, as his pace would cause all sorts of problems in the Scottish Premiership and he could even launch the Gers into title contention.
